I TEACH HIGH SCHOOL Family and Consumer Science. This year I let my students make pie in lab and they loved it! We had to scramble to get their safety tests taken and passed, but with 100% on all of their tests they got to choose their pie recipes, prepare and serve them in lab. They all got to taste 6 different pies and it was a wonderful experience for all of us!
It sounds like a wonderful experience Barbara! I can imagine it will be a day they all will long remember as one of their best days.
